Feuerstein stated that rap was a method to escape from his early years. He would record music using a karaoke device, recording both raps and instrumentals using one microphone. Feuerstein self-released his debut album Moments on November 29, 2010, under his real name. His debut single, "Alone", came out on August 2, 2011. Brooke Griffith, songwriter and producer of the song was the featured artist. Xist Music noticed Feuerstein’s work in the year 2012. The artist released his first extended piece, I'm Free, on May 2 2012. Profitt produced it. The tracklist contained nine songs which included "Alone". The EP also featured an exclusive version "Alone" with Sean Simmonds. Xist had been talked about their self-titled extended play, NF. But Feuerstein quit his contract with the label and the release of NF was delayed. However, NF featured a song, "Only One", featuring Shuree Williams, on the label's compilation album, Move Vol 1.
